Environmental Policy

Klottrets Fiende No 1s vision is that the concern for the environment and our customers is one of our most urgent tasks. We shall be the leading company within graffiti removal, protection from graffiti, impregnation, facade hygiene, car park cleaning and other cleaning.

• Actively contribute to implement and sustain an Environmental & Quality Management System. We shall maintain such a level in our Environmental & Quality Management System so that it corresponds to the demands in ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

• Implement and be a step ahead of existing standards and demands from customers. Our work for a better environment and quality should be seen as means of competition and an investment in continued good relations with customers, authorities and other interests.

• Reduce consumption of resources (raw materials, water and energy). By reducing consumption of resources in our operation we are lessening our impact on finite resources in nature. A more effective usage of resources is also rewarding in economic terms both for the customer and for Klottrets Fiende No 1.

• Meeting demands and expectations from the customer. Klottrets Fiende No 1 assures that the customers’ demands and expectations will be met. Regarding knowledge, equipment and co-workers.

• Reduce or if possible eliminate environmental pollution. We shall only use detergents and methods, which gives a minimum of waste, pollution of air and water as well as other pollutants. The waste that is produced shall be taken care of in a safe and responsible way. We shall always seek for letting the selection of means and methods in our daily operation be guided by biggest possible consideration for the environment in order to prevent pollutants.

• Actively encourage suppliers and customers to implement and maintain an acceptable environmental & quality standard. We shall influence all suppliers and customers to an active improvement regarding environment & quality by showing our engagement in issues of environment & quality.

• To seek for improvements on a continuing basis and a sustainable development. By making all co-workers participating in the environmental & quality work, Klottrets Fiende No 1 is striving for improvements on a continuing basis to reach defined goals in our Environment & Quality management system. By integrating environmental concern and customer focus we will continue to be strong in the marketplace and consolidate our position as a market leader.

• To effectively inform customers and other special interest organizations about our environmental commitment. Klottrets Fiende No 1 will actively inform customers and special interest organizations about environmental & quality work on the Internet or by other channels.
